We offer several wheel repair options. If your wheel has damage to the inside bead surface, we have Back Repair. There are several kinds of back repairs, starting with a simple bend which cost's $60 to repair. Often the back bead has a crack running through it. In this case the wheel is straightened and then the crack is TIG welded to assure optimum strength. This cost for this runs in the $85 range.

Wheel Connection can even repair rims where a portion of the back bead lip is completely broken or missing. Wheel repairs of this type are in the $100 range.

We offer a Refinish Only option for wheels that do not require welding, straightening, or machining. This cost ranges from $80 to $90 depending upon the type of factory finish on your wheel.

We also offer a Complete Wheel Repair which covers repairs and refinishing for $130 to $160 depending on severity.

At Wheel Connection we offer some unique repair services that no other shop in our area offers. The first of these is our Lug Hole Repair.

We can machine a wallowed out lug hole to accept a steel insert that renews the wheel studs mounting surface. Our exclusive method of machining the damaged hole to accept this insert is unique to our company. This method of repair is very strong, and better in fact than a steel lug nut torqueing onto the original aluminum taper.

We do not limit our repairs to factory wheels, we also work on the growing number of Aftermarket Wheels. The huge dent in the rim of the polished Eagle aftermarket wheel shown on the lower right is an example of our repair capabilities.

Another unique service Wheel Connection offers is rim or Barrel Replacement on 2-piece aftermarket wheels such as Prime, Centerline, Eagle, Boyd, etc.

If you have a 2-piece wheel that is damaged beyond a safe repair, it is likely we can remove the center from your old wheel and weld it into a new barrel.

In some cases we can change the offset of the wheel as well. Until now this was a repair that was offered on only a limited basis by some manufacturers. We have barrels available in 15, 16, 17 inch, and some 18-20 inch sizes.
